RULES & DRAWS
The SMD Foundation/Easter Seals™ Manitoba, 825 Sherbrook St., Wpg. MB., R3A 1M5 is conducting The Easter Seals™ Million Deals Lotto MGCC 3031RF. The following is a summary of the rules:
General Provisions
1) All draws will take place at SMD Foundation, 825 Sherbrook Street, Wpg. MB at 12:00 PM on the scheduled day and are open to all ticket holders and the public.
2) Prizes will be drawn by hand at random from all tickets sold prior to each draw.
3) All winning tickets shall be recorded and re-entered for all subsequent drawings.
4) Prizes shall be awarded as described. For a complete list of rules regarding the $3 million dollar event, please visit www.EasterSealsMillionDeals.com or call 975-3274.
5) Tickets will only be sold to those 18 years of age or older.
6) 31,250 tickets in total will be offered for sale.
7) If a cheque or credit card payment is refused for whatever reason, any ticket(s) associated with that payment would not be eligible to win a draw. When full payment, plus any bank charges, is received, the ticket(s) will be re-entered for future draws.
8) Post-dated cheques will not be accepted as payment.
9) The ticket order and payment deadlines are as follows:
a. Early Bird - In person orders and fax orders will be accepted up to
4:30 p.m. on October 21, 2011.
b. Early Bird - Mail orders must be postmarked no later than October 23, 2011.
c. Early Bird deadline for phone orders is Sunday, October 23rd at 11:00 p.m.
d. Final ticket order deadline is Monday, October 31, 2011. All telephone orders must be received by 11:00 pm. Mail orders must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2011.
10) The liability of the licensee of this raffle is limited to the price of the ticket(s).
11) The licensee, its agents, volunteers or officers are not responsible for:
a. Failure of Canada Post or other delivery or courier services to deliver orders or tickets.
b. Failure of a fax machine or other device to accept an order.
c. Failure of a credit card authorization to be completed.
12) Winners will be notified by telephone. A complete list of all winners will be available online www.EasterSealsMillionDeals.com or provided upon request.
13) All prize winners agree to the use of their name and photos for publicity purposes.
14) Winners must claim prizes within 60 days of being notified. Any prizes not claimed 60 days after the final draw shall be donated to the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities Foundation Inc.
